Dorinda has developed unique workshop and retreat programs that take you on a "visual" journey that instantly raises your vibrations. Her ability to "concentrate" the teachings to be precise in the learning and understanding of life itself and how one fits into it is her gift as a Teacher and Facilitator.

Yoga - The Yoga Element - Daily yoga practice can be incorporated into every retreat. The foundation and emphasis being on Remedial and Therapeutic yoga. If you would like to combine Yoga and Self Journey, please let us know in your bookings.

The Workshops are 3 hours in duration and private sessions 1 hour each in the Retreat Program. The 7 days would be as follows:

(2) The Enlightenment Retreat - a private session with Dorinda Tuesdays for 1 hour at the Banyan Tree Spa in Phuket. Bookings must be in advance.
